Soda water: 240 ml
Simple syrup: 30 ml
Ice cubes

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in ZoC Cold BREW concentrate and simple syrup.
Top with soda water.
Mix gently.
Add optional ingredients as per your preference.

Ingredients

ZoC Cold BREW concentrate: 60 ml
Fresh orange juice: 100 ml
Simple syrup: to taste
Orange twist for garnish

Instructions

In a mixer, combine ZoC Cold BREW concentrate, orange juice and simple syrup.
Shake until well-mixed.
Pour into a glass.

Ingredients

ZoC Cold BREW concentrate: 60 ml
Simple syrup: 15 ml
Vodka: 60 ml
Liqueur: 30 ml
Ice cubes
Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish the foam that forms on top with some coffee beans.

Cold Brew Negroni

Ingredients

ZoC Cold BREW concentrate: 45 ml
Campari: 30 ml
Sweet vermouth: 30 ml
Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing glass, combine ZoC Cold BREW concentrate, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir well.
Serve over ice.

Cold Brew Hot Toddy

Ingredients

ZoC Cold BREW concentrate: 30 ml
Bourbon whiskey of your choice: 30 ml
Hot water: 180 ml
Honey: 1 tbsp
Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

In a mug, mix ZoC Cold BREW concentrate, bourbon, honey and lemon juice.
Top with hot water.
Stir until honey dissolves and enjoy on a cold winter night.

Midnight Hour Rum Sour

Ingredients

ZoC Cold BREW concentrate: 60 ml
Dark rum: 60 ml
Brown sugar simple syrup: 15 ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes

Instructions

In a shaker, combine all ingredients.
Shake until well-mixed.
